Birthday Party Terms and Conditions

Big Day Birthday Party Terms and Conditions:
1. To confirm your booking a non-refundable payment for the minimum number of children should be made plus payment for any additional services you require including party food. Payment for additional children can be paid either on the day of booking or on the day of your party. Contact the chosen centre for details of the maximum number of children allowed to your chosen party type. Payment can be made by telephone or in person at the centre with credit or debit card, cheque or cash. Cheques should be made payable to Fusion Lifestyle LTD.
2. A minimum number of attendees per party is set. This varies depending on the activity you book. Please contact the centre for details. Customers should confirm the number of party attendees on the booking form to ensure an appropriate food order can be placed (where available). Changes of more than 2 attendees should be communicated to the centre in writing 7 days before the party. The centre will provide written confirmation of the party within 10 days of the receipt of an accepted booking. In the unlikely event that the hirer's requirements cannot be met after booking, the centre will contact the hirer to make alternative arrangements.
3. The Manager reserves the right to refuse an application or cancel a booking for reasons that our out of our control (e.g. unforeseen facility closures). Fusion will not incur any liability from refusal or cancellation. Any payment made by the hirer will be refunded in full.
4. Cancellation must be received in writing at least 30 days in advance of the party date and then the hirer will receive a full refund less a £20 administrative fee. If the hirer gives less than 30 days notice of cancellation or fails to turn up without having cancelled by the appropriate method, no refund will be made. If the party needs to be rearranged due to ill health a doctor’s certificate must be produced and a full refund, less £20 administrative fee, will be made.
6. The hirer shall ensure that all those attending the party comply with the centre's standard code of conduct (which is available from the Centre Management team). The hirer is liable to Fusion for any breach of the code of conduct and is responsible for all those attending the party.
7. Any setting up or taking down of equipment must be accommodated within the agreed party time slot booked.
8. Parents / guardians must inform the centre of any children attending with food allergies at the point of booking or up to 7 days in advance of the party.
9. Your party will be met at reception by a Party Host 15 minutes prior to the party start time. Attendees will be registered by the party host and the hirer must at this point make payment for any additional children that have been added to the booking up to 7 days before the date of the party. The children will complete their party activity and then move they to the room set aside for food. A time of 45 minutes is allocated for party food.
10. Clothing and footwear suitable to the activity must be worn. Please adhere to the adult:child ratio for the party and individual activity (where applicable). Please refer to the Party Information leaflet for further details of required ratios. The centre's swimming admission policy applies at all times. This is available from the Centre Management team and is published in the centre programme. Please speak to a member of staff on booking to confirm supervision requirements.
11. Please comply with guidelines on the use of cameras and video equipment within the centre. Should you wish to take photos you will be required to sign a Photo Consent Form. Please discuss this with a member of staff when you make your booking.
