Overview

You will have the chance to offer new ideas and make the big decisions that will affect the future of Fusion. To do this you will need to be an experienced, proactive and enthusiastic manager with a commercial outlook.

You will need experience working in a large multi discipline leisure site operating a multi million pound business in driving / generating sales and DD income line and real desire to make a difference is essential. 

As a Divisional Business Manager, you also must be well organised under pressure, have excellent people management and communication skills, and show loads of initiative.
