Terms and conditions for the latest promotions in our sports and leisure centres.

The terms and conditions are applicable for the campaigns that are live within the Fusion managed centre.

Collector Card

• You must ensure you swipe in using your membership card to validate your visit
• Competition open from 2nd January until 30th March 2012
• Valid at all Fusion Lifestyle leisure facilities in Charnwood, Croydon, Enfield, Hounslow, Hillingdon, Lambeth, Leatherhead, Lewisham, Milton Keynes, Oxford Tunbridge Wells, Southwark and Watford
  
• You must be a member with a current membership i.d to participate
  
• Registration is required
  
• This is a prize draw with the following prizes offered based on 
  • Prize 1(5 visits) includes free use of gym, swim and studio facilities
    
  • Prize 2 (10 visits) is a £200 voucher for sports clothing and kit. 
    
  • Prize 3 (15 visits)  is a full years adult membership 
    
  • Prize 4 (20 visits) is £1000 worth of Thomas Cook holiday vouchers.
    
• Winners will be notified via telephone after 30/3/12

Referral 7 day membership

• Free 7 day membership valid for gym, classes, pool (where applicable) use only
• Only one 7 day membership for friends allowed per customer
• Advanced registration required with centre
• You must present your 7 day membership card at reception on each visit
• Mini induction and PARQ to be completed before customer uses gym, or our trial gym waiver can be signed.
• Passes valid until 30th March 2012.
• The prize drawn for the years free membership will be carried out on 4^th April 2012. The winner will be notified via telephone
• Customers are bound by contract/centre membership terms and conditions
• Offer not exchangeable for cash or merchandise alternative

Southwark Eid Festival Colouring Competition  

• - This competition is for 4-11 year olds only. Only children in this age range may enter the competition and only children in this age range can be the recipient of the prize.
• - Closing date is Monday 12th December 2011 at 9pm.
• - To qualify, please drop your completed entry off at the Peckham Pulse Healthy Living Centre reception.
• - The decision of the winner will be made by Fusion Lifestyle and this will be final
• - The prize will be 1 place on the Peckham Pulse Swim School for the January term (monetary value of £53). 
• - The space will be offered dependent on the availability of spaces within the Swim School at Peckham.
• - This prize cannot be transferred or delayed.
• - All present terms and conditions for our Swim School will be adhered to for this competition
• - The winner will agree to be featured in the next centre newsletter and for all Fusion publicity. 
• - At the end of the term, the winner will be subject to the same re-booking procedures and costs as normal Swim School attendees.
• - This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

Oxford Heart Radio Free Day Pass

• One day pass valid for public swimming, gym and group exercise sessions.
• Group exercise sessions subject to booking and availability.
• Free pass is NOT valid for access to Oxford Ice Rink
• Advance registration required with centre
• Valid at Barton Leisure Centre, Blackbird Leys Leisure Centre, Ferry Leisure Centre and Temple Cowley Pools and Fitness Centre only.
• Valid until 29th February 2012
