Group Exercise Classes
There are so many exercise classes on offer at Albany Leisure Centre that you will be spoilt for choice. We run 18 exercise classes every week, so there's sure to be one that's just right for you.

Gym and weights
Our gym has seperate cardiovascular and resistance equipment to give you an all-round workout experience.

Junior gym
Aged 14 or 15? Why not become a junior gym user and enjoy all 5 of our excellent gym facilities available at Albany Leisure Centre, Aspire Sports and Fitness Centre, Edmonton Leisure Centre, Southbury Leisure Centre and Southgate Leisure Centre?

Personal training
Sometimes we all need a bit of encouragement so why give one2one personal training a go? With your own highly trained instructor to guide, advise and motivate you, you will feel the difference in no time at all.

These sessions are designed especially for the over 50s and over 60s to help you achieve a healthier lifestyle in a relaxed and social environment.

School holiday activities
Bring the children along to enjoy our wide range of activities which take place in a fun, safe and social environment. We offer all-day care at most of our centres, as well as part-day activities. Make the most of the holidays.

Swim School
We offer a comprehensive learn to swim programme working in partnership with the Amateur Swimming Association's (ASA) National Plan for Teaching Swimming which is a recognised and monitored standard for the delivery of swimming.

Table tennis
Table tennis is a sport in which two or four players hit a lightweight, hollow ball back and forth across a net. It demands close hand to eye coordination and lightning reflexes. It's one of the fastest games in the world, but you can decide how fast or slow to take it.

Yoga is associated with meditative practices and it can help you become more aware of your body's posture, alignment and patterns of movement. It makes the body more flexible and helps you relax.
