Swimming
Swimming is a healthy activity that can be enjoyed by everyone. It's an excellent and relaxing way to exercise as the water supports the body, so less stress is placed on joints and bones. And at Brockwell Lido - one of London's few remaining outdoor swimming pools - there's nowhere better to enjoy it.

As part of our continued partnership with British Swimming, the ASA and British Gas, we have programmed SWIMFIT at our swimming pools. SWIMFIT powered by British Gas is an online club that provides a gym style programme for the swimming pool.
