Sports & Community
At the Lido, we work with our local community to make sure it's a special place where everyone can enjoy having fun and feeling good about themselves.
We work with local stakeholders including schools, sports clubs and the Brockwell Lido Users group to increase participation in physical activity and sport within the local community.
We organise events, exhibitions, activities and functions to promote a healthy lifestyle.

The Heritage Lottery Fund
The Heritage Lottery Fund helps communities celebrate, look after and learn more about our diverse heritage.

London Borough of Lambeth
The borough is committed to the provision and development of sport and recreation. There are four leisure centres and a community sports centre in the borough, and facilities in their parks and green spaces.

Whippersnapers
Whippersnapers provides a diverse cultural platform from which children and adults of all ages, needs and backgrounds can express and educate themselves through music, sports and the arts.

Windrush Triathlon Club
The club was set up after the success of the 2008 Aquathlon. Regular events are held at Brockwell Lido.

Brockwell Lido Users Group (BLU)
BLU is a pressure group set up to ensure the Brockwell Lido and services within the Lido complex are maintained and extended. BLU has worked with Lambeth Council and other local interest groups to represent Lido users as the council changes the way it manages the Lido.
