Sometimes, we all need a bit of encouragement. So why not exercise with your own highly trained instructor to guide, advise and motivate you?

Who is personal training for?
It's for anyone who wants to get fitter, improve their exercise knowledge or who finds it tough to get motivated in the gym. It's also really helpful for anyone with specific conditions, injuries or illness who needs to be sure they are exercising safely.
 

How do I choose a personal trainer?

What do I do now?
Personal Training can be booked at the centre directly with the Personal Trainers, alternatively leave your contact details for them and they will call at your convenience to arrange your first appointment.
