Yoga
Yoga is associated with meditative practices and it can help you become more aware of your body's posture, alignment and patterns of movement. It makes the body more flexible and helps you relax.
Try yoga if you would like to feel fitter, be more energetic and reach a sense of inner peacefulness.
There are various forms of yoga designed around:
- Ashtanga
- a more dynamic style of yoga to tone and sculpt the body
- Sivananda
- a balance between breathing and relaxation posture, useful for remedial conditions.
- Kundalini
- works to increase the energy of the whole system through use of integrated breathing, vocalisations and postures.
- And numerous more forms
