The upcoming final phase of improvement works at New Chiswick Pool due to commence on 15th August 2011 and be completed by 23rd September 2011.

The works will not affect the majority of the facilities although there will be a planned 3-week closure of the swimming pool from 16th August until 6th September. The pool will then re-open on the 7th September 2011.

As a member we would like to remind you that you have access to four other fantastic swimming pools in the Borough, of which three have also been recently refurbished.  Facilities at Brentford Fountain Leisure Centre, Isleworth Leisure Centre & Library, Hanworth Air Park Leisure Centre & Library and Heston Pool will be available during the closure period.

The improvement works are necessary to complete the refurbishment programme and will be mostly behind the scenes. Works are being carried on to improve pool air and water treatment as well as the hot water system. In addition, there will be a new lighting system on the poolside.

We would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused to you during the improvement works.  We will endeavor to ensure that the disruption to services is kept to a minimum; however a degree of disruption is likely to be inevitable.  

We are very excited about putting together the final pieces to the improvement works to improve New Chiswick Pool, and would ask for your patience and understanding throughout the forthcoming works.
