Dance Classes are becomming ever popular and surprisingly very energetic and mentally challenging too.
We offer something for all ages and cultures, including Zumba and low-energy options. Our classes are a fantastically fun way to help you get and stay in shape.
Dance has been proven to increase flexibility, strength, endurance and all round wellbeing.
