We have a huge variety of energetic and relaxing activities for people of all ages and abilities. Some of our activities can now be booked online.

Badminton
Badminton is a two player racquet sport whereby even beginners will quickly pick up the skills to play a rally with a friend. It's easy to learn, social and fun.

Sometimes, we all need a bit of encouragement. So why not exercise with your own highly trained instructor to guide, advise and motivate you?

If you like exercising and having fun with other people and you're looking for some motivation and inspiration, these classes are for you. Get active together.

Indoor cycling is a workout you do on a specialised bike in the fitness studio. Fast music helps create a highly energised atmosphere.
