I am impressed by my personal training sessions.Not only do you motivate but everyone who weight trains should hire you just to correct their poor and potential injury prone techniques.

Alan showed me new ways to hit the same muscles from different angles, and techniques to reach the parts of my body I’d neglected without even knowing it. Since being involved in a motorbike crash in Dec 2009, I really struggled to go back to the gym once my injuries had healed. I had very little motivation, and when at the gym just did the same old boring routines that I knew where not really getting me anywhere.
After discussing the situation with Alan, we put together a programme of activities and routines which really perked up my interest in getting fit again. This was mainly due to the different styles of exercise employed by Alan – one day in the gym lifting weights, and then next day doing circuits in the local park which really pushed my stamina and endurance.
I can safely say after a set of lessons with Alan, he has got me well back on the way to fitness, and has made me actually enjoy doing gym work to the point that I now look forward to going. I would recommend anyone who needs some motivation to book a session with Alan – he’s not as mental as he looks!
