Personal Training at Dulwich Leisure Centre

Sometimes, we all need a bit of encouragement. So why not exercise with your own highly trained instructor to guide, advise and motivate you?

Who is personal training for?

It's for anyone who wants to get fitter, improve their exercise knowledge or who finds it tough to get motivated in the gym. It's also really helpful for anyone with specific conditions, injuries or illness who needs to be sure they are exercising safely.


How do I choose a trainer?

Speak to a member of staff or talk to the trainers directly inthe gym at the centre.  Feel free to ask about their qualifications and areas of expertise. The three personal trainers who work at Dulwich leisure Centre are:


Lee Hanby

The PTC Personal Trainer at Dulwich. Lee can offer two ways of achieving your aims, either through PT sessions tailored to meet your individual goals, or by providing packages that take on a more holistic approach to personal training such as Kickstart, Back Recovery and Vie5 Lifestyle programmes. He works with recognised local practices to deliver these particular packages.

If you train with Lee he can promise a fun, varied, engaging and goal orientated workout whilst offering tailored nutritional advice so you meet your goals together.
