Our gym has seperate cardiovascular and resistance equipment to give you an all-round workout experience.
For your personal safety, we ask our gym users to fill out a health questionnaire and have an equipment induction to help you be confident in the gym.
Friendly and qualified fitness instructors are always around to help you with your routines and offer advice on working towards your goals.
