Pilates
Pilates is a combination of strength and mobility work that helps you focus on and develop your core strength to help you maintain optimum postural alignment.
Each and every Pilates exercise is built around eight basic principals:
- Relaxation
- Co-ordination
- Alignment
- Stamina
- Concentration
- Centering
- Breathing
- Flowing movements
Our Pilates classes form part of our Exercise, Mind and Body classes which can be enjoyed on a casual basis or are included within our membership packages.
Some classes are very popular so it is advised that you book in advance where possible.
