Activities
Swimming lessons for adults
You are never too old to start swimming and adult lessons also form part of SwimSchool.
Adult lessons are available for the following levels:
- Non-swimmer - those who are frightened of water and are complete beginners
- Intermediate - those who are able to swim but are very inefficient in their stroke technique
- Adult Improver - those who are able to swim well but still need some tuition on stroke technique, speed or stamina
SwimSchool also offers adult lessons for those wishing to train for a specific swimming or swim related events. These can be taken either in a group or you can have 1-1 tuition.
