Health suite
After a session in our gym, class or pool, unwind and relax in our health suite.
The sauna and the steam room raise your body temperature which produces perspiration that in turn cleanses the pores of the skin to leave you feeling refreshed and invigorated.
Our health suite includes:
Needle shower - for use during and after your sessions
Sauna - produces dry heat to cleanse the body
Steam room - produces a wet and humid deep cleanse

Our saunas and steam rooms are regularly cleaned, repaired and monitored to ensure the safety of all users.
The health suite will be open from 07.00 - 21.30 Monday to Friday
Weekday sessions run: 07.00 - 08.30, 08.30 - 10.00, 10.00 - 11.30, 12.00 - 13.30, 13.30 - 15.00, 3.00 - 4.30, 5.00 - 6.30, 6.30 - 8.00 & 8.00 - 9.30 weekdays.
Saturday and Sunday sessions run as follows: 09.00 - 10.30, 10.30 - 12.00, 12.30 - 14.00, 14.00 - 15.30, 15.30 - 17.00.
