Plus due to your feedback we have put back the evening spin class by 15 minutes:

19.30-20.15      Spin (Previously 19.15 start)       Kevin

Thursday

Unfortunately for the next few weeks we have to make the following amendments to the Women’s evening programme:

18.30-19.15      Shallow Aqua                          Wendy

19.15-20.00      Spin (Replacing Deep Aqua)       Wendy

Saturday
