Facilities
Our first choice facilities offer you great surroundings, excellent equipment and an enjoyable atmosphere.
Hillingdon Sports and Leisure Complex has also been used by a variety of different companies as a great location for filming and photography. Facilities at this centre in detail

400m running track
Our 400m running track is a graded level 1 track facility with 8 lanes and a 10 lane home straight. It’s also floodlit and fully equipped with hurdles and a steeplechase pit.

5-a-side astroturf pitches
Our pitches are top quality and floodlit, so you can play when it suits you. Don’t forget to bring trainers to play on the synthetic surface.

Café
After a session in the pool or gym, why not enjoy a drink, get a bite to eat and relax in our café.

Catering facilities
A fully equipped kitchen is available for hire.

Conference room
Our conference suite overlooks the stadium track and field and is an ideal venue for small business meetings, conferences, courses, training session and 1-2-1 sessions.

Crèche
Having somewhere you trust to leave your children during a workout or swim is imperative and our crèche is invaluable to both mums and dads alike.

Grandstand covered seating
Seating for just under 250 which provides an excellent view for all track and field events.

Group Exercise Studio
Our exercise studios have semi-sprung floors and air conditioning and are the perfect place to lose weight, tone up, get healthy and have fun.

Gym
Our gym is relaxed and welcoming and staffed with friendly and qualified fitness instructors. We have cardiovascular machines, resistance machines and separate free weights and stretching areas.

Indoor badminton courts
Our sports hall is marked out with several badminton courts to hire for one-off games or block bookings for regular sessions.

Indoor basketball courts
Our sports hall has several basketball court markings and hoops for everyone to play on.

Indoor cycling studio
The indoor cycling studio is separate from the rest of the gym and classes, so you have no distractions whilst you are exercising.

Long/triple jump pits
Our long jump and triple jump pits are county standard. They feature new crumb rubber to give you a great running surface and a sandy pit to land safely in.

Planning a meeting? Whether you are organising a business meeting, conference or birthday celebration we are sure to have a venue to suit your needs.

Outdoor Pool / Lido
Our outdoor pool is 67m long and is totally unique to the country with its 12 sided star shape in its middle.

Pavilion
The pavilion is a brand new facility with four changing rooms with toilets and shower areas.

Pétanque terrain
The terrain consists of five 'pistes' with a loose top surface to allow the boules to roll but also hold them so they don't go too far or fast.

Sports hall
Our sports hall has a number of courts available to hire for a variety of sports including badminton, basketball, 5-a-side football, netball, volleyball, short tennis and table tennis and is also available to hire for non sporting events.

Swimming Pool
Our swimming pool is for both recreational and fitness purposes. We have both an indoor Olympic sized 50 metre pool and an outdoor Olympic sized 50metre pool too.
