Hinksey Heated Outdoor Pool now open for the season.
Oxford’s only outdoor heated swimming pool is now open for the season.
The pool has been through a major maintenance programme while it has been closed. A new pool liner has been installed, changing cubicles and toilet areas refurbished, as well as installing new windows, maintaining and repairing some of the exterior walls of the swimming pool, and improving the non-grip walkways around the outside of the pool.
In addition to swimming, visitors can take a break from the water and relax on a sun lounger with a book, and the café will be open serving hot and cold snacks.
If you plan to be a regular visitor this summer Hinksey Season membership cards run through the summer season until September. They are available by calling 0844 893 3222.
