School holiday activities
Bring the children along to enjoy our wide range of activities which take place in a fun, safe and social environment.

Squash
Squash is a racquet sport played by two or four players in a four-walled court with a small, hollow rubber ball. It gives you an excellent cardiovascular, upper and lower body workout.

Yoga
Yoga can sometimes be considered therapeutic but it is a science that has taken thousands of years to perfect. It helps you become more aware of your body's posture, alignment and patterns of movement. It makes the body more flexible and helps you relax even in the midst of a stress stricken environment.

Exercise in a safe environment with an instructor on hand to help you. Becoming gym-confident younger in life can encourage healthy lifestyle habits.

Short tennis
Short Tennis is a fun way for children aged between four and 10 years old to get a feel for the game of tennis. It's been designed to allow young players to develop at their own pace.

Trampolining
Trampolining is a fun, exciting and technical sport that combines aerial somersaulting, twisting and various body landings. Trampolining is a discipline of gymnastics.

Indoor bowling
Our very own indoor bowling green is the home of Mole Valley’s Indoor Bowling Club. The club was founded in 1975 and now has more than 250 members. It is a mixed club with a warm friendly environment which has been created so that all members can enjoy their bowling to the standard that suits them. Inter-club matches, internal competitions and leagues are all in place together with informal “roll-ups”. For those advanced bowlers entry to County and National competitions is available.

Racketball
Racketball is played with a racquet and a hollow rubber ball. Unlike most racquet sports, such as tennis or badminton, you can use the court’s walls, floor and ceiling surfaces. It’s a fun way to stay in shape.

Outdoor netball
Netball is a sport that lets you meet new people, work up a sweat and gain a competitive streak at the same time. It is played by two teams of seven who try to score points against each other by placing a ball through a high hoop.
