How do I register?

Simply pop into our centre and complete the registration form and hand it to reception. Your Rewards card will be issued to you in return. You can download and fill in the Rewards registration form (pdf 500kb - opens in new window) before you go to reception

How do I earn and redeem points?

Your card is automatically pre-loaded with 200 FREE introductory points as a thank you for registering. You can start earning further Rewards points right away. Simply present your card at reception every time you make a payment for any valid product or service. See over for the types of products and services you can earn and redeem Rewards points on.

For every £1 you spend you earn 10 Rewards points.

For example...

Spend £17.50, earn 175 Rewards points and add to your 200 FREE start up points to enjoy a FREE swim worth £3.75.

You earn Rewards points when you purchase almost anything from our reception however you must remember to hand your card in to register the activity. Then once you have enough Rewards points you can redeem against the available activities and services.
