Swimming
Swimming is a healthy activity that can be enjoyed by everyone. It's an excellent and relaxing way to exercise as the water supports the body, so less stress is placed on joints and bones.

Free Swimming for 60 years and over
Whether you're a seasoned swimmer, want a bit of practice or you're a complete beginner, there's never been a better time to dive in. Our public swimming sessions are free for everyone over 60 years old.

SwimFit
As part of our continued partnership with British Swimming, the ASA and British Gas, we have programmed SWIMFIT at our swimming pools. SWIMFIT powered by British Gas is an online club that provides a gym style programme for the swimming pool.
