Croydon Mini Marathon trails
Aged 11-17? Like distance running? Looking for a team challenge? Want to race against the best in the UK?
This is your opportunity to qualify to represent your London Borough in the 2010 Virgin Mini London Marathon, the UK's No 1 Road Running event for young people.
Here in Croydon we will be holding trials on Saturday 20 February 2010.
Trial times are as follows:
Boys registration 11.00am and race start at 11.40am
Girls registration 11.20am and race start at 12noon
The trial course is 3 miles long.
Please wear suitable footwear and clothing, changing area and toilets are available and there are limited car parking spaces.
All competitors must be aged bewteen 11-17 years on or before 25 April 2010.
Please note: trials are being run in conjunction with the rescheduled Surrey County Cross Country Championship. Athletes who are competing in the U13 and U17 county races who wish to be considered for the Borough Mini Marathon squad must contact the Sports Development Team in advance.
Entries will only be accepted before trial date.
