Health Suite
A brand new health suite including a sauna and steam room has opened as part of the refurbished centre. Relax and unwind after working out.
The sauna and the steam room raise your body temperature which produces perspiration, which in turn cleanses the pores, improves circulation, and relaxes body and mind leaving you feeling refreshed and invigorated.
Our health suite facilities include:
Sauna – Dry heat to induce relaxation and promote perspiration.
Steam room – A wet heat with high humidity for relaxation and to promote wellbeing.
Our facilities are regularly cleaned and monitored for the safety of all users.
Opening times:
Monday - Friday: 06:30 – 22:00
Saturday & Sunday: 08:.00 – 18.00
