Spinning
Spinning is a workout you do on a specialised spin bike in the fitness studio. Fast music helps create a highly energised activity.
You control the resistance levels of the wheel on the spin bike but are expected to challenge yourself to keep at the pace of the class. Our instructors will guide you through several stages of a spin workout:
• Warm-up
• Steady uptempo rhythmic paces
• Sprints
• Climbs
• Cool-downs
Spinning classes are very energetic, so bring along a towel and be prepared to get sweaty.
