Swimming is a healthy activity that can be enjoyed by everyone. It's an excellent and relaxing way to exercise as the water supports the body, so less stress is placed on joints and bones.
Free 18 and under swimming sessions for Southwark residents.
Available during general swim, lane swim, disability swim, jelly babies and rafts and rascals sessions at any time on Friday, plus Saturday and Sunday afternoons between 2pm and close.
