Having somewhere you trust to leave your children during a workout or swim is imperative to the enjoyment of your day. Our crèche has been operating for a number of years and is invaluable to both mums and dads alike.

The crèche offers a wide range of toys and activities to keep even the most active child amused, whilst you make the most of our adult facilities.

The crèche staff are qualified, friendly and fully trained in child care. We can accommodate children until their fifth birthday.

To be able to take advantage of the crèche you will need to be a Lifestyle Member.

Spaces are limited therefore we recommend that you book your child’s place in advance and to allow enough time to ensure that you do not miss the warm up and cool down elements of your exercise class. Booking is available to lifestyle members only and should be done six days in advance of the session.

Crèche facilities are available 09:30-13:30 and does not operate on bank holidays.
