Our exercise studios have semi-sprung floors and air conditioning and are the perfect place to lose weight, tone up, get healthy and have fun.

The gym at Southbury Leisure Centre is relaxed and welcoming and staffed with friendly and qualified fitness instructors.

After a session in the gym, studio or swimming pool, unwind and relax in our poolside sauna or steam rooms.

Indoor badminton courts
Our sports hall is marked out with several badminton courts to hire for one-off games or block bookings for regular sessions.

Our sports hall has several basketball court markings and hoops for everyone to play on.

The indoor cycling studio is separate from the rest of the gym and classes, so you have no distractions whilst you are exercising.

Sports hall
Our 4 court sports hall has a number of courts available to hire for a variety of sports including badminton, basketball, 5-a-side football, netball, volleyball, short tennis and table tennis and is also available to hire for non sporting events.

Swimming Pool
Swimming is a great opportunity to use every muscle and joint in your body. Our swimming pool is for both recreational and fitness purposes. Having shallow and a deep end makes it accessible for young, old, able bodies and disabled customers to use our pools.
