Pilates is a combination of strength and mobility work that helps you focus on and develop your core strength to help you maintain optimum postural alignment at all times.
Be prepared to learn new techniques and enjoy the challenges that pilates brings.
Each and every exercise is built around eight basic principals:
- Relaxation
- Co-ordination
- Alignment
- Stamina
- Concentration
- Centering
- Breathing
- Flowing movements
