Martial arts
Martial Arts are systems and traditions of training for combat each with their own specialisms and different techniques.
Activities include Karate, Judo, Tae Kwon Do and they all inspire self-discipline, confidence, exercise and focus.
We might even be happy to put on a particular activity if there are a group of you who are keen to give it a go.
Sessions are available for all abilities from beginners to advanced. Please book in advance to avoid disappointment.
