Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese system that is based on slowly flowing movements and shifts of balance.
Tai Chi is exercise for the mind, body and spirit.
The constant shifting of weight helps you with balance, body awareness and ease of movement as part of your everyday life. Regular attendance and participation can reduce stress, increase stamina and strengthen the body.
These classes are popular, so it's a good idea to book in advance, if possible.
