After a gym, class or hard day's work, the sauna is a perfect way to unwind.
The sauna produces dry heat to raise your body temperature which produces perspiration that in turn cleanses the pores of the skin to leave you feeling refreshed and invigorated.
Our sauna rooms are regularly cleaned, repaired and monitored to ensure the safety of all users.
The sauna is included in our memberships package, however you don't have to be a member to use the facility.
(The men's sauna is currently not operational, we apologise for any inconvenience caused).
