Futsal
Playing futsal involves strength, stamina and co-ordination with more emphasis on ball control and passing with a slightly smaller ball used.
With a game lasting 30mins, it’s a great workout for all ages and both sexes.
The sports hall is marked out and goals are easily set up for 5-a-side casual one-off games or block bookings for tournaments and the whole season.
There are changing facilities and showers too.
