Exercise in a safe environment with an instructor on hand to help you. Becoming gym-confident younger in life can encourage healthy lifestyle habits.
'Young Weights' is the name of our Junior gym sessions and is for anyone between 12 - 16 years old.
Before you start you will need to have a health check to make sure that it is safe for you to exercise. Then you will find out how to use the equipment, how to exercise safely and get a personal programme that you can change as your fitness develops.
Young Weight Sessions are at:
Monday - Thursday 15.30 - 17.30
Friday - Sunday All day when accompanied by an adult
You must stick to the programme you are given. You can always add more exercises when you have spoken to an instructor.
