Fall in love this Valentine's weekend....
Give your loved ones a healthy heart this Valentine's Day. Westfield Community Sports Centre on Tolpits Lane is opening its doors on 13th and 14th February and planning lots of free activities.
“It’s a great way to spend time together with the family and the ones you love - and do something that will get your heart beating faster,” says Clare Hill, operations manager. “Or if you’re on your own on why not try one of our classes and take care of your own heart?”
There is a range of activities for the kids, plus gym tasters and challenges for a range of ages and abilities from starters to regular visitors. “We’re running badminton sessions, boxercise and Bollywood dance classes in the studio, free gym inductions and workouts,” says Clare. “And to get advice or refresh your fitness programme you can book a free personal training session”. For 13 -15 year olds and over 16s there’s football outside on the Astroturf and the popular gym circuits.
So forget the roses, think outside the chocolate box and do something that will really show you care - look after your loved one’s heart.
