We're nestled in the heart of the Rye a short walk from High Wycombe town centre.

The Lido offers much more than the outdoor pools (heated from April to October).

Come and see our state of the art gym and exercise studios with poolside views, lots of natural light and over 90 classes a week.

There is also an indoor cycle studio and you will soon be able to relax indoors or out in the refurbished Lido Kitchen which will offer a great range of coffee, meals and refreshments.

There is also an indoor soft play area which is open for the under 5s for sessions throughout the year.  

We host children's parties and in the summer our Open Air Active programme takes group exercise into the great outdoors (free for our members). With the nearby tennis courts and multi use outdoor pitches also now open for use, there are plenty of reasons to come and spend the day with us.
