Concession Memberships at Brockwell Lido

Keeping fit and active is imperative to our health which is why we would like to remind you of our concessionary offering.

If your circumstances have changed , we still want you to have the opportunity to use our facilities to stay healthy and active.

In order to claim concessionary discount, you can either register online or in the centre. 

To register online:

  1. Please set up your account by registering via the website here.
  2. Email the centre with your proof of discount for it to be added to your account. Send your email to bwl-sales@fusion-lifestyle.com.
  3. A concession subscription will then be added to the account by us.
  4. Bookings can be made via the Fusion Lifestyle app at the concession price.

To set up in the centre:

  1. Come and visit the centre, ensuring that you bring proof of eligibility. If you're not sure what this would be, contact us to find out. 
  2. We can then set up your account. 
  3. Your account is ready to use! Bookings can be made via the Fusion Lifestyle app. 

Please note concessions bookings are only permitted between 10:00am - 4:00pm.

Under 16
Proof required: Birth certificate or Passport, Parent/Carer signature required.

A full-time student
Proof required: Letter from school, college or university with dates of the course stating you are in full-time education.

Receiving one of the following benefits:
Jobseekers Allowance contributory-based/Incapacity Benefit/Severe Disablement Allowance/Carers Allowance/Disability Living Allowance/Attendance Allowance /Employment support allowance.
Proof required: A recent letter from the Department of Work and Pensions.

Over 65
Proof required: Birth certificate/Passport/Driving Licence.

Proof required: A Letter from Social Security Agency/Department of Work and Pensions.


Housing Benefit and/or Council Tax Benefit/Universal Credit
Proof required: A recent letter from Lambeth Council or council Tax Bill.

Income-based Jobseekers Allowance/Universal Credit
Proof required: A recent letter from the Department of Work and Pensions.

Working Tax Credit/Universal Credit (and I qualify for NHS Exemption)
Proof required: NHS exemption charges certificate and a recent letter from the NHS.

Universal Credit
Proof required: A recent letter from the Department of Work and Pensions.

All concessionary applicants must bring proof of address in Lambeth - a recent utility or Council Tax bill or a bank statement. All documentation must be dated within the last three months.
