Aerobics

A combination of high and low impact exercises providing a great cardio workout to maximise fat burn.

Legs Bums & Tums

An aerobics focused class designed to tone the lower body with a mix of high/ low impact moves with floor work for muscle toning.

Step Aerobics

A funky hi/lo cardiovascular workout using steps. An effective way to tone the lower body.

Stretch & Tone

A low impact class focusing on improving stability, mobility, flexibility and muscle tone.

PiYo

Combines the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility advantages of yoga.

Step & Tone

An easy to follow cardio and toning workout combines using a step with body conditioning exercises.

Group Cycle

A great way to develop lower body tone and burn plenty of calories using pedal power.

30/30

A 1 hour session split into 2 different 30 minutes exercises. Including a mix of weight and aerobic styled exercises.
