Strength and Conditioning is about more than lifting weights - it encompasses the entire development to improve physical performance. This includes plyometrics, speed and agility, endurance and core stability with strength training being just one piece of the jigsaw.

Circuit Class

An intense full-body work out that combines resistance training with aerobic exercise. Suitable for all levels of ability.

Body Conditioning

A fun workout that uses aerobic movements to lift your heart rate and burn calories. Uses hand weights to tone and sculpt the body.

Core Workout

A variety of fun yet challenging exercises to help strengthen the core muscles by targeting your abs and oblique's.

Legs Bums & Tums

An aerobics focused class designed to tone the lower body with a mix of high/ low impact moves with floor work for muscle toning.

30/30

A 1 hour session split into 2 different 30 minutes exercises. Including a mix of weight and aerobic styled exercises.
