Lane Swimming

Fast, medium and slow lanes, fitness swimming aimed at adults.

Swim School

Our Swim School teaches all levels and ages from newborns upwards and is certified by Swim England.

General Swim

Our general swim session is open to people of all levels, ages and abilities.

Disabled Swimming

Available to customers of all ages. Full access to facilities is provided and normal pool admission policy applies.

Lessons (Child)

Our ASA accredited swimming lessons offer the opportunity for your child to learn to swim and stay water-safe whilst making friends.

Basketball

Incorporating systematic exercises and self-development techniques for body, mind and spirit focusing on core conditioning.

Let us evaluate your child's current ability and ensure they are placed in the right class level for their needs.

Exercise Referral

Our GP Referral Scheme is available to help with rehabilitation after an injury or illness.

Our pitches are available to hire where you can develop your skills with your coach or through competitive matches.

Inflatable Fun

Aqua Jog

A water based aerobic session that gives you a resistance based workout. Participants must be confident in deep water.
