INTENCITY is a brand new concept in High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). Made up of 5 different classes, each experience has been designed to challenge and test your fitness and endurance.
At INTENCITY you will enter a completely new training zone of 30 or 45 minute high intensity classes that have been designed to push you to your limits, tracking your results through a personal heart rate monitor. Simply choose a class to meet your goals and witness the results of your hard work.

The atmospheric space uses a pumping playlist and dramatic lighting to get pulses racing before the work out even kicks in. Screens around the studio will display session results, allowing users to track their progress and compare results.
A leader-board system will be used to recognise the achievements of super-users and beginners alike. With no more than 20 people working out in the studio at any one time this is a fitness adventure playground for grown-ups!
