INTENCITY

INTENCITY is a brand new concept in High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). Made up of 9 different classes, each experience has been designed to challenge and test your fitness and endurance. During the 30 minute long high-intensity classes, you'll push yourself and track your own results via a heart rate monitor fitted to your chest. Your aim is to push yourself into your Red Zone - 80-100% increased heart rate.
