8. Concession Card
The Concession Card is available exclusively for concessionary groups and provides a 50% discount on a range of activities at all centres at all times.
To qualify for the Concession Card you must pay an annual fee, be in one of the following concessionary groups and provide proof of eligibility as detailed below;
- Registered disabled
- Registered unemployed
- Income support
- Student
- Junior (under 16)
- 60 and over
- Carers
The Concession Card provides up to 50% saving off the following activities:
- Swimming
- Poolside sauna and steam rooms
- Spectators fee
- Casual gym sessions
- Studio classes
- Badminton, table tennis and casual bowls
- Crèche
- Over 50s activity days
Other benefits include preferential 7 day booking of courts, all women and adult only swim and main swimming sauna and steam sessions.
Juniors under 16 years of age will receive a free gym induction. Please note 14 and 15 year olds can only use the gyms at certain times as detailed in the Junior Fitness leaflet. In addition, Junior Concession Card holders will obtain special offers and discounts on activities during school holiday periods.
A concession card costs £20 per year and is to be renewed annually.
