Fitter Families in Hounslow
Would you like to get your family more active? Come along and join in free fun family games and learn about healthy eating with Fitter Families.
Fit For Sport, the UK's leading activities provider, are committed to delivery our promise of "keeping the future fit", while educating our children and families to live a healthier lifestyle.
How Fitter Families works:
Each family member will commit to our proven SAS approach (Simple, Achieveable, Sustainable) where each week you willl have the opportunity to:
- Learn to interact as a family
- Participate in FREE fun familiy activities
- Understand the importance of a healthier family lifestyle
Starts: Saturday 11th May 2010 (then every other Saturday for 10 weeks)
Place: Hounslow Army Barracks facilities
Time: 10.00am - 12.00noon
Join us afterwards at the Hub for the launch of the Food Box - selling affordable, healthy food; plus other fun activities and handy information.
How do I sign up?
Simply visit the Hub reception; 103 Salisbury Road, Hounslow, TW4 7NW before Friday 30th April and complete your familiy's registration form.
