A unique and fun post natal yoga class designed for mum and baby at least 8 weeks old.


Class consisting of gentle toning & stretching with relaxation & breathing techniques to help through pregnancy at 12 weeks.


Allows pregnant women to stretch as their babies grow, without straining to avoid impact and overheating and to access deep relaxation in a quick and easy manner.
