Class Bookings Now Live!

Bookings are now LIVE for our indoor group exercise classes, on our app and website.

Indoor group exercise will be back from Monday 17th May.

Join us and work up a sweat in BODYPUMP, Body Combat, Spin or Circuits. Or, try a low intensity activity like yoga or Pilates - proven to be the best choice for getting those endorphins flowing and improving your mood. 

We'll be turning up the music and kicking things off with a special Group Cycle class with Abbie at 5.45am on Monday! Don't miss your first chance to workout with your classmates - places are limited and will go quickly!
