Autism Awareness Day At Loughborough Leisure Centre

On 2nd April, Loughborough Leisure Centre celebrated Autism Awareness day by offering members and visitors the chance to try a variety of sports including mini Olympics, gymnastics, boccia, curling, pan football, arts and crafts,dance and a free fun and floats session giving local residents the choice of even more fun fitness options.

Visitors to Loughborough leisure centre were able to book a free taster session which was delivered under the expert guidance of Fusion & Charnwood Borough Council coaches. With special guest coaches from the Leicestershire & Rutland F.A

Nick Evatt the Sports and Community Development Manager at Fusion Lifestyle, commented: `We´re really excited to be celebrating Autism Awareness Day with Glebe House and offering the chance for people to use Loughborough Leisure Centre.  We believ in giving our customers as much choice and variety as possible when it comes to getting fit and active and this was a great chance to show what we offer.
