Starting on Wednesday 18th October (8-9pm), and running every Wednesday, we'll be running Mindful Swimming sessions at Robinson Pools & Fitness.
These sessions aim to improved mental health through physical activity and social engagement. Sessions are designed to support people who experience generalised anxiety, stress, PTSD and other conditions. Enjoy one hour of gentle swimming with relaxing music in a calm and quiet environment.
Book in centre or just turn up and pay on the day - £3 per person. Sessions are for adults over the age of 18 only.
