We are excited to announce that we are resuming our Exercise Referral Scheme within the Charnwood Contract!
Participants who have been referred by a health care professional will be offered the chance to take part in a 12-week exercise programme at either Loughborough, Soar Valley or South Charnwood leisure centre.
The activity sessions on offer include gym, circuit classes and multisport and will give participants a chance to improve their health whilst taking part in a variety of fun fitness options.
Visitors to the centres will be able to take part in these fun and friendly classes under the expert guidance of our highly qualified exercise referral instructors for just £3.25 per session.
Tina Coles, Active Lifestyle Development Officer at Fusion commented:" After a difficult couple of years we are delighted to offer our Exercise Referral scheme to the local community once again. We continue to expand our timetable and believe we have something suitable for all, regardless of age or ability.
"Our highly qualified instructors deliver specialist classes which aim to improve the health, fitness and wellbeing of the community, taking any existing health conditions into consideration.
"You will find our classes to be fun, welcoming and safe and we are excited to be able to invite Charnwood residents to join our programme again."
